Gavin is a building safety and construction disputes specialist. As part of the leadership of Browne Jacobson’s cross-discipline, cross-sector building safety group, Gavin supports clients nationally to assess the organisational and personal risk presented by the regulatory regime introduced by the Building Safety Act and to develop proactive operational strategies to mitigate that risk, including through digital transformation.
